TASTE OF HTA 2024
HTA School of Culinary Art held its annual student gourmet food market, The Taste of HTA this past Saturday, 7 September 2024.
Family, friends and guests were dazzled with a choice of gourmet street food ranging from Sticky Asian Chicken Wings, Lamb Kofta, Smoked American Pork Belly to Korean Corn and, Pumpkin & Mozzarella Arancini, made by our Full-Time Culinary Art students.
Congratulations to the wining team – “CHOCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS” consisting of first year students Kiano Christians, Nompumelelo Makhanya, Uyanda Mathenjwa, Nicole Matentshi, Zandile Ndlela and Saiyen Pather.
A big thank you to our judges from various aspects of our industry, Beatrix Thornhill, Chris Forrest and Jürgen Küpper.
